Dear aspiring K-pop survival TV contestants,

If you are thinking of joining future competitions where the winners are chosen based on the viewers’ votes, here are some of my advice that you should consider heeding:

1) Do not criticize other contestants or bad mouth celebrities during your personal interviews.

2) Your personality and character matter as much as your singing / dancing skills. Being funny, or selfless, gets you noticed.

3) Trying to get the center position is pointless as it only shows how greedy you are.

4) Be mindful of your facial expressions during interactions with other contestants as the cameras see what they do not.
