Pentagon took their first stage as a full group on the October 6th episode of 'Immortal Song'.
On part 1 of the 'Korean Alphabet Day' special, Pentagon were the first performers up with their cover of Kim Wan Sun's 1990 hit "Clown Laughs at Us". On why they chose the song, the Cube Entertainment boy group said, "The sincere lyrics against an upbeat melody left an impression on us."
Pentagon's performance left an impression on the audience as well as they took the energetic song to the max. Fellow competitor KCM commented, "It's like they came up with a strategy beforehand. They never lost a beat, and they finished with no awkwardness."
