Sooyoung has announced that she will be attending this year's 'Busan International Film Awards'.

As the female lead in the film'Memory of a Dead-End Alley', the former Girls' Generation member will attend this year's awards ceremony in Busan, set to take place on October 4th KST. Along with this Korea-Japan collaboration film, Sooyoung has taken a role in a number of screen works lately, including the series 'So I Married an Anti-Fan'.
'Memory of a Dead-End Alley' is a romance film about a female character exploring an unfamiliar city for a soul-searching journey. This work is the first in which Sooyoung has played a female lead role for the big screen.
