"Produce 48" project group IZONE will be collaborating with J-Pop music producer Yasushi Akimoto as they begin working on their promotional schedules for both Korea and Japan. According to sources, the members will be heading out to Japan on September 4, where they will be meeting him in person.
The famed producer has created and produced music for a number of popular Japanese artists in the past and is especially known for his involvement in the AKB48 franchise. He was a main collaborator for "Produce 48" and even penned the song "You're In Love, Right?" for the show's finale.
Meanwhile, IZONE plans to release their debut album this October.
