Girl's Day's Hyeri shared thoughts on competing against AOA's Seolhyun.�
Hyeri is making her big screen debut on September 13 through the historical film 'Monstrum'. A few days later on September 19, another historical film, 'The Great Battle', starring Jo In Sung, Nam Joo Hyuk, Seolhyun, and more will be hitting the theaters.�
In a recent interview with Sports Chosun, Hyeri was asked to share her thoughts on competing at the box office and the similarities between her and Seolhyun.�
Hyeri commented, "I don't have personal connections to Seolhyun�but I've been watching her with interest as a fan. Instead of thinking about being compared, I was glad to be releasing a movie around the same period. There can be stereotypes against idols, so I came to think that I have a friend who can overcome those stereotypes with me. I hope both Seolhyun and I succeed (with the films). I haven't talked to her but I think I know how she feels. I'm cheering her on."
