EXO's Chanyeol has dropped his solo track "Hand" on SoundCloud.

Fans first heard the song at EXO's 'EXO PLANET #4 - The ElyXiOn in Seoul' concert, and they loved seeing Chanyeol get to rock the stage solo. "Hand" is a song with rap elements about wishing you'd held onto someone when you had the chance.
