Hwang Jung Eum has become a building owner.�
According to Maeil�Business' exclusive report on August 17, Hwang Jung Eum recently completed the purchase of a building in Shinsadong, Gangnam for 6.3 billion KRW (5.56 million USD).�

The building is described as a 6-story commercial/residential building with a basement. The 1st and 2nd floors are being used for businesses, while the 3rd to 6th floors are used for housing rentals.�
Meanwhile, Hwang Jung Eum is currently searching for her new project after wrapping up the SBS�drama 'The Undateables' in July.
