Hwang Jung Eum has become a building owner.
According to Maeil Business' exclusive report on August 17, Hwang Jung Eum recently completed the purchase of a building in Shinsadong, Gangnam for 6.3 billion KRW (5.56 million USD).
The building is described as a 6-story commercial/residential building with a basement. The 1st and 2nd floors are being used for businesses, while the 3rd to 6th floors are used for housing rentals.
Meanwhile, Hwang Jung Eum is currently searching for her new project after wrapping up the SBS drama 'The Undateables' in July.
