Gong Yoo is in talks of joining a new film.
On August 3, Management Soop reported to Herald Pop, "Gong Yoo is positively looking over the offer for the film 'Xu Fu'."
'Xu Fu' is based on the legend of a Chinese journeyer Xu Fu, who never returned after being sent away by Qin Shin Huan to search for the elixir of life. The film aims to depict a message on eternal life.
The film will be director Lee Yong Joo's first project since 'Architecture 101'. It'll also be Gong Yoo's first project since his hit drama 'Goblin'.
