In a phone interview with MBN on August 16, Bae Yoon Jung shared her boyfriend's reaction to the immense attention to their relationship. She said, "He's very shy. He's a non-celebrity so he was amazed."
She added, "I didn't know it'll become such an issue. I just shared as is without adding anything. I just gave an honest response to the questions the writers carefully prepared. I'm grateful that people are complimenting my honesty."
