In the teaser for 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty', based on a webtoon of the same name, female lead Kang Mi Rae (played by Lim Soo Hyang) begins her brand new life on campus as a college student after transforming her once "ugly" face entirely through plastic surgery. But as you can see above, the first question she gets from male lead Do Kyung Suk (played by ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo) is, "Why did you get it done?" 

The teaser also introduces another key female character Hyun Soo Ah (played by Jo Woo Ri), a seemingly pure and innocent student who approaches Kang Mi Rae as a friend but who actually hides her two-faced intentions.
