Minseo has returned with her music video for "Is Who"!

In the MV, the singer enters the forest and suddenly gets wrapped up in a gypsy lifestyle. "Is Who" is a change in image and musical style than Minseo's debut album 'The Diary of Youth' and her next track "Growing Up", which focused on her ballad vocals.
