Kangnam talked about his significant weight loss.
On the June 7 airing of MBN's 'Cart Show 2', Kangnam revealed, "I eat more than Kang Ho Dong hyung. I ate with him once and he finished before me. He left while I continued eating."

While grocery shopping with Hong Suk Chun, Kangnam said, "I weighed 90 kg (198 lbs) at one point and then slimmed down to 58 kg (128 lbs). I lost 32 kg (70 lbs) in just 4 months. I just starved myself. My weight is like a rubber band. I easily gain weight and easily lose it."
