Heize talked about her tough road to success.
On June 6, Heize and Yubin guested on JTBC's 'Give Me a Meal'. During the show, Heize shared, "I went to college in Busan," and, "I debuted when I was 24. Around 22-23, I realized that I wanted to do music so then moved up to Seoul. But my father opposed it so strongly. I couldn't ask for help."
She explained, "So I had 3 part-time jobs a day. I worked at a cafe, bakery, putting up flyers, etc. I took care of my 3 meals with a bento box from a convenient store. I was about to give up my dreams of becoming a singer but that's when I appeared on 'Unpretty Rapstar'."
