Upon publicizing the news, Yura shared, "I used to idolize Miss Korea when I was young, too. It is an honor to host an event where some of the most beautiful people will gather."
Hankook Ilbo E&B, the main sponsors of the event, also expressed delight at Yura's participation. Representatives of the media shared, "we are certain that the bright and energetic charm of Yura will no doubt illuminate her hosting abilities."
