Changmin shows off how hard he worked to get a perfect body for TVXQ's concert

It looks like TVXQ's Changmin worked extremely hard to make the perfect body for TVXQ's Seoul concert - 'TVXQ! Concert - Circle - #Welcome'.

On May 7, Changmin wrote on Instagram, "Consistent pull ups. #EatingHealthyIsFinallyOver #PostingWhileEatingRamen #IsThis #WhatHappinessIs." The accompanying photo shows Changmin facing away from the camera shirtless, exposing his bare back and the intricate muscles carved in his body. 

From May 5-6, TVXQ held their first domestic solo concert in approximately 3 years. During "Somebody To Love", Changmin went topless, revealing his hard work for fans.
