The MV for "I Don't Care" follows the struggles of various individuals as they face relationship troubles with friends, co-workers, lovers, etc. But as the song's rifts progress, each of the individuals overcome their struggles and find resolutions with others, smiling in the end.
Watch the inspirational MV above! The MV was also released just a day after Zhoumi's 32nd birthday on April 19, so happy belated birthday, Zhoumi!
