Recently, it was reported that Lee Jong Suk decided to star in the upcoming SBS special 'Death Song' with no pay. Several days later on March 15, it has been announced that Shin Hye Sun and Lee Ji Hoon are also joining the special.
The upcoming two-episode series 'Death Song' will be a remake of a film with the same title. It tells the story of Yoon Shim Duk, the first Soprano singer of Joseon, and her lover and genius composer Kim Woo Jin. Lee Jong Suk will be playing the genius composer. Shin Hye Sun will be playing the female lead named Yoon Shim Duk and Lee Ji Hoon will be taking the role of Hong Nan Pa.
The three actors have appeared on the drama 'School 2013' together and many are looking forward to their reunion on the new production.
The airing date of 'Death Song' is not yet confirmed. Stay tuned for updates.
