Kim Tae Ho PD says 'Infinity Challenge' will continue

Producer Kim Tae Ho spoke on the various rumors surrounding 'Infinity Challenge'.


Recently, various reports started surfacing about 'Infinity Challenge' coming to an end. First, they stated that main PD Kim Tae Ho is leaving the show and new producer Choi Hang Ho will be taking his spot. Soon after the news, another report came up, stating that all cast members are also leaving the show with Kim Tae Ho PD. However, MBC stated that the member change is not yet confirmed, and they're still under discussion. Reports about 'Infinity Challenge' coming back with season 2 started coming up next but later, another report stated that 'Infinity Challenge' is coming to a complete end with no second season. 


In response to the multiple reports leading to confusion, MBC provided an official statement on March 13 and clarified that the show is coming to an end on March 31 but will come back in the fall after a break. MBC also revealed that Choi Hang Ho PD will be taking charge of a new program that will fill in for 'Infinity Challenge's time slot. The current 'Infinity Challenge' members will not be taking part in the new program by Choi PD.

Details on the new season of 'Infinity Challenge' coming in the fall are vague. However, Kim Tae Ho PD gave hope to fans in a statement to Star In on March 13, stating, "'Infinity Challenge' will continue."


Netizens really hope the new season of 'Infinity Challenge' will be produced by Kim Tae Ho and also include the current members. Stay tuned for updates.
