As of March 2 at 11 AM KST, 'Hope World (HIXTAPE)' ranked #1 on real-time iTunes album charts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, Australia, and more, for a total of 63 countries - the most for any Korean solo artist.
Furthermore, his title track "Day Dream" is #1 on top song charts in Finland, Romania, Slovenia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam; 7 countries total. Right after the release of his mixtape, j-hope said, "It was my greatest dream to release a mixtape where I could capture my own colors, and I wanted to let everyone listen to my story through my music."
