As previously announced by YG Entertainment, Big Bang surprised fans with a special gift on March 13, which is also the day Daesung enlisted in the military.
"Flower Road" is a medium tempo track with lyrics reportedly written by T.O.P and G-Dragon. Through the bittersweet melody, the members say this is not the end and they will be back when the flowers bloom.

Currently, four members of Big Bang - T.O.P, G-Dragon, Daesung, and Taeyang - are in the military for their mandatory service. Maknae Seungri is also planning to enlist this year after his solo promotions. Fans will have to wait at least 3 years to see the members all together on stage again.
