Comedian Kim Shin Young shared her secret to staying healthy on JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'. The show is about top chefs in Korea competing to cook impromptu meals that contain ingredients found inside the guest stars' personal refrigerators.�

On February 5, actor Lee Kye In also guest-starred on the show. Kim Shin Young divulged, "I eat a lot of eggs for my diet. Since pan-fried eggs are easy to digest, I have four of them for dinner. I also eat two sweet potatoes at dinnertime. For breakfast, I have boiled eggs."�
It was also revealed that the mother of�Girls' Generation's Taeyeon�made Kim Shin Young kimchi. Kim Shin Young lives by herself so Taeyeon's mother decided to make kimchi for her out of the kindness of her heart.�
Kim Shin Young added, "I usually don't like spicy food, but Taeyeon's mother made the kimchi just right to my taste buds."�
