Kikwang and fellow member Doojoon are known to be huge soccer lovers. On the February 21 airing of MBC's 'Radio Star', Kikwang talked about how people tend to compare the two members in their athletic abilities, and said, "The clips of Doojoon playing soccer at 'Idol Star Athletics Championship' roam the web, so a lot of people think he's better than me."

He continued, "Doojoon has great skills. On the other hand, I'm a strong team player. I pass often and if we had to choose, then I would say I'm better."

Another guest of the day Park Sung Kwang commented, "It's pressuring if you get placed on the same team as Kikwang. Doojoon lets it slide if you make a mistake and just says, 'Fighting', but Kikwang expresses his disappointment so much. So I feel pressured when Kikwang passes to me."
