Upcoming historical film 'Heung Bu' (fully 'Heung Bu: The Man Who Changed the World With the Word') unveiled a set of 8 character posters of its lead cast.
The movie tells the story of a genius writer named Heung Bu, who becomes inspired by two brothers and writes the famous 'Heung Bu and Nolbu' story in Korean folktales. Actor Jung Woo will be taking on his first historical role through Heung Bu, as the writer himself.
'Heung Bu' is also known as one of the late Kim Joo Hyuk's last productions. Kim Joo Hyuk plays the role of a ruler named Jo Hyuk, alongside actor Jung Hae In in the role of a powerless king, Heon Jong. Actor Jung Jin Young will play a man scheming to attain the kingdom's power, Jo Hang Li. The rest of the lead cast includes Kim Won Hae, Jung Sang Hoon, Chun Woo Hee, and Jin Goo.
The film hits theaters this February.
