Lee Dae Ho is a professional baseball player who has numerous achievements under his belt, including his brief career in the MLB. During this week's episode, Lee Dae Ho took the cast to the gym to get some workout in, right after climbing a mountain.

To start, the members were taken to the leg press machine in which Lee Seung Gi struggled to push off the weight and continuously asked, "Hold on a moment, are you pulling the weights toward me? Was my lower body always this weak?" Afterward, the members including Lee Dae Ho himself participated in a circuit workout. At the moment, Yang Se Hyung who became extremely tired kept grunting and yelling, "No more! No more!" The comedian made everyone burst out into laughter by trying to cheat halfway through in which he acted as if he was lifting weights when in fact he was only grabbing the handle.
