To receive some defensive skills and fitness training, Park Na Rae took on some jiu-jitsu from a professional instructor.
Some of the basic moves involved rolling backward and landing with the legs stretched far apart, and Park Na Rae executed the move fairly easily, amazing everyone! The members of 'I Live Alone' also remarked that Park Na Rae looked like Choo Sarang in the uniform and the hairstyle!
