She worked alongside Choi Daniel, Baek Jin Hee, Lee Won Geun, and more. About the drama set, Kang Hye Jung said, 'When I first went in for filming, I realized that most of the actors were 9-10 years younger than me. It seemed like I would be hearing the words 'old person' if I wasn't careful, so I was very on guard. I took strict measures to make sure I didn't seem old."

She continued, "I blatantly listened to TWICE and Red Velvet songs, acting like I was young. But the other actors were more mature than I expected, so we got along well without feeling the age gaps."
