According to DongA's exclusive report, Solji is scheduled for an orbital decompression surgery.
The EXID member has been on a hiatus for about a year due to her condition with hyperthyroidism. It's reported the level of her thyroid hormones has returned to normal after continuous treatment, however, she's now suffering from orbital decompression. (It's common for hyperthyroidism patients to experience side effects in the eyes such as exophthalmos and IOP elevation.)
Solji is reportedly scheduled for a surgery on January 7 at a hospital in Seoul. She then plans to make her long-awaited comeback with EXID in February, or March/April at the latest.
