According to reports on January 5, Hyomin met her alleged boyfriend A in the second half of last year, and the two went on to develop a romantic relationship. Hyomin and A have reportedly introduced each other to their parents and are carefully letting friends and acquaintances know about their relationship, which indicates they could be quite serious.
Hyomin's former agency MBK Entertainment commented, "She's no longer a labelmate, and this is a personal issue. We know nothing about the situation."
