Big Bang and VIPs donate rice, coal briquettes, and other goods to charity

Big Bang
On December 30-31, 2017, Big Bang held their 'Last Dance' concert at Seoul's Gocheok Sky Dome, attracting many domestic and international fans.

Over the two days, a crowd surpassing 60,000 had gathered at the event.� Being the fact that it was the idol group's final concert prior to their military enlistment, fans decided to express their love and support by donating. The donations from the international fans included rice weighing 26,290 kilograms, 1,822 coal briquettes, and 9,160 packs of ramen.� To break things down, G-Dragon fans donated 6,400 kilograms of rice, 818 coal briquettes, while fans of Taeyang gave 3,760 kilograms of rice, Daesung fans offered 1,500 kilograms, 5,560 ramen,�and 1,004 coal briquettes.�Seungri fans also participated with 4,350 kilograms of rice and 3,600 ramen.


The total amount of donations made to Dreame�Korea�by all Big Bang fans was�168,320 kilograms of rice,�14,481 coal briquettes, 7,000 packs of eggs,�37,920 packs of ramen, 300 kilograms of pet food, 198 diapers, and 84 baby formula cans.


Such donations will be made to provide necessary aid and protection towards senior citizens, single mothers, and teens.


Not only that, Big Bang, VIPs, and YG Entertainment have continuously donated to Mapo�District's coal bank, various shelters/organizations, reaching out to the needy.


Meanwhile, members of Big Bang will be going on a hiatus to focus on their military enlistment.
