On January 3, Black Pink member Jisoo thanked fans for the birthday wishes via social media.
The caption on Black Pink's Instagram read, "BLINKs! Happy Choo Day! I was so curious I headed down to the nearest Hongdae Station because I wanted to take a look at the birthday message displayed on a giant LED screen for myself. And I was so amazed and touched by the wonderful sight."
She continued, "Thanks to everyone's congratulatory messages, I am able to have such a delightful birthday. Thank you so very much. I feel so happy to start the new year with such great blessings," and hoped to return the favor to her beloved fanbase in 2018.

Meanwhile, Jisoo will be starring in Black Pink's reality series 'Black Pink House' airing on January 6.
