Bang Si Hyuk of Big Hit Entertainmentdonated his prize money to UNICEF Korea.
On December 5, Bang Si Hyuk was awarded a Presidential Citation for the 'Overseas Advancement Merit' category at the '2017 Korea Content Awards' at COEX Exhibition Center in Seoul. The award came with a prize of10,000,000 KRW (9,145 USD).
According to Sports Seoul, Bang PD donated the entire prize money to UNICEF Korea for the 'Love Myself' campaign.

'Love Myself' project with the boy group BTSaims to"stage campaigns against violencetoward children and teens around the world,withthe hope of making the world a better place through music."For the next two years, BTS and Big Hit Entertainment will be making donations in hopes to #ENDviolence.
