Professionals from 'The List 2017' rank the top stars who became famous after failing on audition programs

Taking the first rank was Big Bang's Seungri who is currently acting as a judge on JTBC's 'Mix Nine'.  Twelve years ago, the idol star participated in survival audition program Mnet's 'Battle Shinhwa' where he was unfortunately eliminated in the 9th episode.  Not wanting to give up that easy, Seungri went on to audition at several agencies when he finally entered YG Entertainment as a trainee, in which he successfully debuted as a Big Bang member.

Coming in second place was 2PM member Taecyeon, who also receives much attention as an actor.  Back in 2006, he starred in 'Superstar Survival' program where he made it to the finals and was the first contestant to be eliminated out of the 12 finalists.  Afterwards, he became a JYP trainee and debuted with 2PM.

Other celebrities included Hoya in 4th place, actress Park Hye Soo in 5th, actress Lee Soo Min in 6th place and TWICE's Momo in 7th place.
