Recently, Olltii received criticism for sharing a sexual group chat he had with fellow rappers including Zico, Yang Hong Won, and Hangzoo, about American artist Nicki Minaj. In response to the issue, Olltii apologized to netizens, as well as Nicki Minaj herself.
On November 29, Hangzoo also shared an apology via Instagram. The rapper stated,
"Hello, this is Hangzoo. I'm sharing this post as I believe I've given disappointment with the issue regarding the group chat. I think it was my fault for unconsciously reacting to the dongsaeng's Kakaotalk without thoroughly understanding the meaning. After coming across many criticisms, I've realized the seriousness of the issue and want to reveal that I had no intentions of agreeing with the content. I'll be more cautious of my actions from now on. I apologize for causing concerns."
