Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi's touching words about the Song-Song couple have made headlines.
Zhang Ziyi was a guest at Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's wedding on October 31, and it looks like the ceremony left an impression. On November 1, the global star wrote on Weibo, "Song Hye Kyo's wedding I attended yesterday was simple and plain. I didn't see any fancy flowers, a wedding car filled with jewels, brand endorsements, or empty formalities and vanity."
She continued, "I only saw Song Joong Ki's caring actions towards Song Hye Kyo. As the weather was cold, he held Song Hye Kyo's hands, fixed stray hairs on her head, and when he made his vows, he choked up a little bit. Though he's younger than her, it's obvious he deeply loves her. I think Hye Kyo is really marrying into love."
Zhang Ziyi concluded, "All those simple things warmed my heart. Honestly, I think we should all be simple in front of love."
