Despite the fact that it was only released hours ago, the song is receiving much attention. They are the first K-pop group to achieve this!
Prior to this, Psy was the first K-Pop artist ever to achieve the number one spot on the U.S. iTunes singles chart with "Gangnam Style".
Not only is the song #1 in the U.S., it is also #1 in around 40 countries as of this writing. Congratulations BTS!
