On October 17, Heechul concerned fans with a lengthy post revealing his inability to fully participate in Super Junior's promotions. However, SJ Label presented a contrasting statement and assured fans Heechul will be participating in Super Junior activities as scheduled.
In an official response regarding Heechul's post, SJ Label stated, "Heechul will engage in comeback promotions as normally. He just left the message on social media to express his concerns."
