Siwon's family accused of walking Bugsy off leash again after the problematic bite

A fansite had re-grammed Bugsy walking off his leash once again. The re-gram was posted on October 5th, which means possibly that the original picture was posted before the date. However, many think that is most likely not the case as fansites re-gram almost instantly. And even if the re-gram was not instant, it is not likely that the original post was made before late September.

Siwon's family had gone under fire for not keeping Bugsy on a leash especially since Bugsy is known to bite others. While the family had made an apology, they had once again walked Bugsy outside and taken off his leash. 

The re-grammer has turned their account private, and the original Bugsy account has already been deleted.
