A representative from Rich World Entertainment stated on October 30, "Producer/singer Rich will be creating a 4-member idol girl group."
The overall concept/image of the 4-member group 'Highschool' entails the pure, passion, and love qualities of a female high school student.�Previously, Rich unveiled a teaser via 'V'. However, new details have yet to be discovered.

The teaser clips featuring the high school members highlighted 'Voice', 'Dance', 'Vocal', and 'Image' with the members' faces intentionally hidden back in August.�
Rich commented, "This will certainly challenge the norm of idol-producing in the recent market. Self-producing, self-choreography are qualities idols should prepare for."
He added, "Singer-songwriter and main producer of Rich World agency UNFAIR will be in charge of song composition, as R&B vocalist Shin Nara will be acting as co-producer both directing the Highschool members and in charge of vocal training."
Meanwhile, Rich's rookie 4-member girl group is scheduled to make their debut during the second half of next year.
