Yes they are and from the looks of it, in typical BTS fashion, it's already looking creative and fresh.
Fans in Gwacheon and Busan spotted blimps of Jin and Jimin, respectively in their home towns. Jin's balloon had his photo and 'Love Myself' written on the front, and 'I love ARMY' written in the back, while Jimin had his photo and 'Love Myself' on the front, and 'I love the Sea of Busan' written on the back.

Big Hit Entertainment said, "The individual member blimps are part of a new project that will be revealed in order. We will reveal the details later."
