SBS has reported that the Lee Myung Bak administration had a 'white list' of preferred celebrities in addition to a blacklist.

It's been confirmed that the Lee Myung Bak administration had a blacklist of celebrities for criticizing the government. Celebrities such as Lee Jun Ki, Kim Mi Hwa, and many others were banned purposefully from finding work or appearing in anything because of the government. Now, SBS has reported that the LMB administration also had a 'white' list of conservative celebrities, who supported the administration.

SBS said, "The National Intelligence Service mentioned celebrities such as actor 'L' and 'C', and said these celebrities should foster other 'healthy' celebrities, or conservative celebrities, through meetings between sunbaes and hoobaes."

The actors 'L' and 'C' have allegedly been chosen as executives in a community service group made up of celebrities. The report mentioned that these celebrities should be promoted first in government-hosted events and promotions. The NIS also mentioned comedians 'S' and 'C' may have been labeled as opposition to the liberal celebrities.

Prosecutors will be investigating the white list in order to determine how it was used and to what extent.
