The idol star talked about his first attempt in acting, "I was very nervous since this was my first time acting but I had the chance to work in a positive atmosphere so it was a good experience. I tried really hard."

When asked if his family initially was against his singing debut, Hongseok responded, "To be honest, they did strongly disagree for quite some time after I said I wanted to sing for a living. They thought that it was just a phase, after all, it was every child's dream to become a famous singer. But when I continued to have the dreams to become a singer even in college, my parents realized it wasn't just a phase.That's when they started to support my views."
Meanwhile, 'The Rest of My Love' is set to hit theaters in November.
