On September 21, Seoul's High Court held a trial to determine whether female A, under trial for alleged false sexual assault accusations against JYJ's Yoochun, was innocent or guilty.

The High Court's verdict was that A was innocent due to lack of evidence to support the claim that the accused pressed completely false charges. Afterward, the involved parties attended a press conference, during which A continued to assert that Yoochun raped her. A's lawyer also revealed that they have submitted A's previous sexual assault charges for re-evaluation.
A representative from Yoochun's side then stated, "The decision to declare a false accuser innocent is unreasonable. We will wait for a fair ruling from the Supreme Court."
Previously, Yoochun was found innocent of all 4 sexual assault accusation received in December of 2015.
