JYP Entertainment is implementing a new policy for their employees.
According to an exclusive Segye Ilbo report, J.Y. Park recently announced the restriction of working after-hours.
The artists and staff members will continue to film and promote in the late hours as necessary, however, the employees will not be contacted for work related matters after the official working hours.

The new policy is being implemented to decrease stress occurring from after-hours text messages, emails, etc. JYP Entertainment is the first entertainment company to implement the policy.
Meanwhile, a federal law restricting contact after official working hours has been submitted.
