On August 22, Oricon released their weekly album chart rankings, and iKON's Japanese mini album 'NEW KIDS: BEGIN' popped up in first place. �This was even more meaningful as the list featured full studio albums as opposed to singles. �A total of 34,998 albums were sold within the first week.

Prior to this, iKON demonstrated their�power in Japan by topping Oricon's daily chart in addition to other music charts.
With their popularity expanding overseas, the boys will be once again meeting with fans in Japan in September to continue their 'iKON JAPAN DOME TOUR 2017'.�The boys have 22 more shows for their Dome Tour and will visit 8 more cities (Kobe, Nagano, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Hiroshima, Fukuroi, Nagoya, Chiba). A total of 233,300 people are expected to attend the 22 shows.
