All the BTS MVs Ranked from Worst to Best

AKP STAFF
BTS
1. #17 No More Dream
Big house, big car, and whatever that is Rap Monster is wearing as sunglasses on his face? This might be the group's signature hot mess music video. It's been a long time since their loud and in-your-face single, No More Dream!
2. #16 We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2
It was hard to decide whether this video should have been first, but because it was less busy in visuals than No More Dream, we put 'We are Bulletproof Pt. 2' next on the list! The combination of Rap Monster's bad perm, lyrics flying across the screen, and the weird bandanna J-Hope is wearing makes a cocktail of strangeness for the viewer.
3. #15 N.O
The video's message is clear and N.O marks the definitive beginning of BTS and their role as an idol group with a voice. N.O was edgier than other poppier 'hip-hop' releases, garnering it a lot of attention from netizens. Though, the music video still places relatively low on our list because of the bowl-cuts and intense amount of gold chains.
4. #14 Boy In Luv
The classic high school boy meets girl story. BTS takes a turn for the better in aesthetics with this video! Though there are still some weird moments (Jungkook and Jimin's bathroom scenes?) they kept in to keep the group's quirkiness! It seems like we got to see the group's choreography and good looks both with this video.
5. #13 Just One Day
A slower BTS MV, Just One Day is a soft-spoken music video about love and yearning. This places higher on the list because of its simple concept and member-focus. The video highlights each member's skills in choreography, vocals, rap and visual excellently.
6. #12 War of Hormone
Shot in a continuous take, War of Hormone is next on the list. BigHit must have given their stylist a raise, because each individual member looks perfectly styled! On top of that, the non-sensical video has interesting color editing that makes the entire MV feel aged.
7. #11 Danger
Dark and Wild... that's how the MV for Danger is! An edgier look and concept for BTS, the 'Danger' era garnered attention from fans everywhere! Danger is a classic K-Pop MV, with choreography, visuals, and a cool location. The funny part of the video, however, is when Rap Monster tattoos himself, because he's not holding the gun correctly!
8. #10 Come Back Home
Though this MV didn't include BTS and was not technically a BTS 'song' but rather a 'remake', this song does not top our list of the very cream of the crop. However, the video for this remake is fast-paced, artistic and fascinating. Plus, Seo Taiji himself chose BTS to do the song!
9. #9 Dope
One of the most awesome music videos BTS has to offer! The choreography for the video is quite possibly the fastest BTS has done. On top of that, each member's individual themed outfit is hard to not squeal over!
10. #8 Save Me
Filmed outside, this simple MV shows BTS's ability to work as a group. Though not all members are natural dancers, the Save Me MV hides that entirely.
11. #7 Fire
Dynamic, thrilling, and fun! The MV for fire was playful and perfectly fit BTS. The video features them partying and turning up with each other! Best part? The huge explosion in the middle of the MV.
12. #6 Epilogue: Young Forever
Seemingly the exact opposite of Fire, Young Forever ties up all the loose ends to the BTS story MVs. Filmed to perfectly accentuate the epilogue song, this MV is a favorite among ARMY! All members look spectacular and perform excellently in their MV acting.
13. #5 Not Today
Louder and prouder than ever before, Not Today has a whole crowd of dancers to help BTS shine. With stunning panoramic visuals, the video is one of the most aesthetically pleasing out of the bunch.
14. #4 Run
The MV for Run has gorgeous editing paired with compelling storyline. All members do a spectacular job acting in their individual scenes in the MV and the song pairs especially well with visuals. The scene where BTS runs through the tunnel is especially well done.
15. #3 Spring Day
Omelas. Seemingly inspired by a philosophical fiction, the video for ballad, Spring Day, is breath-taking. Shot after shot of simple panoramic and group shots prove to create an elegant outcome. The colors chosen and edited for this music video make it particularly crisp to the eye.
16. #2 I Need U
I Need U is one of the definitive MVs for BTS's monumental success. The anguish of love lost is acted by every member in a different way. We discover anguish, sadness, pain and more in the depths of this MV.
17. #1 Blood Sweat & Tears
BTS's most jaw-dropping and stunning MV to-date. Blood Sweat & Tears has eye-catching locations, incredible stage performance and outfits, and most importantly: the members of BTS! With scenes changing from visual head shots to museum dance breaks to a mad tea party, the beauty and elegance of the Blood Sweat & Tears MV gains it its title as Best BTS MV!
