T.O.P's past rumors on drug overdose and hospitalization in 2008 regain attention

On June 6, T.O.P was rushed to the hospital after he was found unconscious. It was soon revealed that the star had actually fallen into a�deep sleep after taking his anti-anxiety medication.�

Prior to the clarification by the police, it was claimed that T.O.P had passed out on a drug overdose. The rumors gained more validity due to T.O.P's recent marijuana scandal.�

Netizens, who were already reacting with much negativity to the current situation with T.O.P, jumped onto think that the idol star has a serious issue�with drugs.�The rumor is continuing to spread as netizens are relooking into T.O.P's past hospitalization.�

Back in 2008, T.O.P was rushed to and hospitalized at�Chung-ang�University Hospital. At the time, media outlets reported that T.O.P had overdosed on drugs and attempted suicide. However, his label YG Entertainment strongly denied the reports and explained that he had simply lost consciousness due to fatigue and stress.�

Now almost 10 years later, T.O.P is once again hospitalized for a drug related�issue and also under investigation for marijuana use.
