SM x YG collaborations we need to see

1. BIG BANG G-Dragon & EXO Baekhyun

G-Dragon and Baekhyun have a very cool and unique air among them. G-Dragon's pizzazz combined with Baekhyun's heavenly voice could definitely create an exciting collaboration almost similar (if not better than) GD & Taeyang. Plus, both boys share similar features that would make them mesmerizing together.

2. Black Pink Jennie & Red Velvet Irene

Both Jennie of Black Pink and Irene of Red Velvet have stunning looks and somewhat low voices. If they really wanted to spice things up with a sexy song, something similar to Red Velvet's remake of "Be Natural," the girls would surely wow the crowd.

3. BIG BANG Taeyang & Girls' Generation Taeyeon

Taeyang and Taeyeon - what could go wrong. Not only do their names cutely match (I'm so calling them TaeTae), but their voices are undoubtedly the most recognizable and excellent among all their respective members. Both artists share a deep passion for music and tend to release tracks on the R&B side, which would make for one heart-moving track if they were to collaborate together. I would anticipate a powerful song like "Rain."

4. Black Pink Rose & EXO D.O

D.O is another member of EXO to have a sweet and gentle voice that would pair nicely alongside Rose's fragile voice. Both of them could create a sweet, Spring-like melody that would simply warm everyone's hearts (similar to "Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway")!

5. Epik High Tablo & f(x) Amber

The two most down-to-earth people of K-Pop all in once place? Yes, please! Their track would be the most chill, inspirational and moving piece that K-Pop would ever experience. Amber and Tablo are both known for being really personal, relatable and authentic as artists. So - it wouldn't be a surprise if they created a track that was able to lift up everyone's spirits with just one melody.

6. AKMU Suhyun & Super Junior Kyuhyun

For such young artists, both Kyuhyun and Suhyun emulate a strong sense of maturity and talent in their vocals. The perfect ballad is just a collaboration away! If the two came together to create something charming and playful like Suhyun's "Goodbye Sun, Goodbye Moon," the world would be a better place.

7. Lee Hi & SHINee's Taemin

I can't even begin to describe the marvelous sound these two could create together! Lee Hi is strong, powerful and filled with emotion and Taemin exhibits this same strength but in his own distinct way. They are both big fans of R&B and Soul genres, which means we could expect them to really hit the refresh button on the currently somewhat drab K-Pop scene. I'm thinking something similar to DEAN's "Love" ft. Syd, but not as sexual and noisy.

8. Red Velvet Joy & AKMU Chanhyuk

After seeing "The Lover and His Liar" and experiencing Red Velvet Joy's homey-voice, she could be an instant replacement for AKMU's Suhyun. AKMU's Chanhyuk is already known for having a sweet-as-honey voice and, together with Joy, they could create something vintage and warm similar to Hara's "Choco Chip Cookie" or Red Velvet's "Fool."

9. CL & BoA

These two queens of K-Pop must meet. CL and BoA's collaboration would be something along the lines of Girls' Generation's and f(x)'s MV battle for "Chocolate Love." The same song but with different renditions. CL's would have a real flair with wild, dance hall inspired sounds whereas BoA would sound very sharp, synthetic and trance-like. Either way, the dance battle is what we would all be anticipating the most.

10. SHINee Jonghyun & iKON B.I.

Two of K-Pop's most wonderful composers and singers could definitely create their own original masterpiece! Both Jonghyun of SHINee and B.I. of iKON have experience creating their own sound and appear to be fans of classic beats and even hip-hop influences. They would definitely create a smooth yet lively song similar to "Airplane."
