Fans cited his problematic statements about his marriage, concert, and a possible H.O.T reunion for their reasons to no longer support the star. On May 24, Moon Hee Jun posted an official response on his social media, saying, "With this continuing situation, I've spent a lot of time thinking, and I'm leaving this message with a heavy heart."

He continued:

"I never thought about avoiding what's been happening. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out how I can show my true feelings. Firstly, I apologize to those reading this about the controversy. More than anything, I feel as if I hurt the hearts of fans who've cheered me on and loved me. If fans feel the way they do about these past incidents, it's definitely my fault. It was the fans who stayed by my side and always supported me. Without them, I wouldn't be where I am today. I really think so. I've been working for the last 20 years, trying to think about my fans first and do well. I think I'm immature and lacking in many aspects because before I'm an entertainer, I'm a person who needs to grow through experiences and learn. I apologize for not being able to express my heart to each of you. If you give me the time, I will try to reach out to you just like the fans who've been by my side. No matter how long it takes, I want to repay you by valuing and appreciating your support, which I'm grateful for. I'm sorry, and thank you."

Roughly translated, this means "Fuuuuuuuuck, please keep giving me your money."

Aki06 Thursday, May 25, 2017

You can say fan shouldn't be hurt etc. I think anybody would be hurt if someone lie to them. they are hurt because he lie. They found out pregnancy before hand by using  their fandom power. Some fan can be FBI. They dont have any problem about moon jun hee getting married. The fans have their own family and business. once idol is marry fan move on

Winston Aki06 Thursday, May 25, 2017

I think the issue started before the pregnancy thing, i remember there were articles rumored about him, having a lot of concerts just before his wedding to raise money for his wedding, fans think that he is using their hard earn money for the wedding, and such, i think part of it comes from the improper or bad timing, and maybe poor communication between him and fans, I see like some other idol couples like JYJ and also Shinhwa's Eric, they seem to handle their upcoming wedding with Less fanfare and more discrete and less press, compared to him, holding it in a hotel and having it in a big way, maybe the trend now is to have weddings that doesnt appear to be over lavish and seems to shout out to the World that "I am rich" kind of thing

This guy is an outdated has-been with outdated views and an outdated look. No longer relevant and needs to focus on his family now...

jinssam Thursday, May 25, 2017

Mmm if they followed him for twenty years and have checked out after a number of disappointments, I doubt they're going to wait around for him to win them back tbh this sounds more like a "I'm a baby daddy now and I needz the moneyz". Too little too late

kimmiefonze Wednesday, May 24, 2017

This is gonna be our faves in twenty years. Not him in all aspects, but there's a certain sadness in being a fan of an idol who is no longer that cheeky 18 year old we once pined for.

I don't know about that I have been a fan of Celine Dion since I was a child and she still inspires me, but she's older than me and a lady, so she might not be a good example.

Nah, i´m a fan of many bands that are already old or in their 30´s or 40´s and i feel the same about them as what i felt when they were in their 20´s. When you like a group or an idol or wathever for the good reasons, for what it matters, there´s nothing to be worried about (well, unless they do bad things, but that can happen at any age). Also fan of Super Junior and Kim Jaejoong for 9 years and it´s still the same as the first time, maybe better and stronger.

Ooo I have come to love SUJU too, they are role models in the idol world and they went through so much, and I don't really like their songs, but their vocals KRY and variety skills, they left me speechless, without Kyuhyun, it's like Korea lost the voice of Korea p_p. For JYJ, someone just introduced me to Love in the Ice, I listened to the 2 versions with 5 members and the 2 members, it broke my heart those 2 were left behind :(. I don't know what to think about JYJ. I was wow by the song and the vocals of the group, wow and so sad :(. It's ok, what to do anyway :)

I don't even give a damn about what he says but if his fans decide to boycott him, there's a reason...

melon Wednesday, May 24, 2017

I honestly don't think he give a dam and I don't think people should care. I mean look how old he is it's a normal thing to date and Marry why do people care. I think he didn't have to hide it. Why can't he just tell his fans he's dating or planning on marriage. I think those who are upset is probably because he's not sharing and believing his fans. But seriously who cares

pink_oracle Wednesday, May 24, 2017

Well good luck with that, but it seems like your fans have just had enough of you.

He's so annoying, I swear.
