On May 4, Mnet aired a special recap episode of 'M! Countdown', and though there were no live performances, there was a winner! IU came out #1 with "Palette", beating out hyukoh's "Tomboy".

At least we found out who won this week although there wasn't a live episode this week due to a "Produce 101" special. Other than that, congratulations to IU. And of course, as I have just said before, the show will return live next week and we will have the chance to see all of our favorite K-Pop artists perform live on stage.
