no i HIGHLY doubtit because initially she ws rapper/dancer in2ne1 then slowly began singing more as she aged because they say vocally when u are in ur 20s prime, thats when ur vocals reach their peak aand maturity because u are donewith puberty. she'll be singing more softer and rnb type songs imo

i hate the fact I have to downvote ur trollish comment WHILE having thankyou2ne1 and park boms face in ur dp. and no, musicworks said from day1 minzy is working on her composition skills. she tried a lil bit when 2ne1 was onhiatus and now thats shes at musicworks shes getting the help she needs. her reason was fairly straight forward, to have an income and do something different. Since she left, her style is different, her personality is still bland imo but shes n introvert so not her fault. All the other members had the public wrapped around their fingers during their solo careers except for minzy . I dont blame Yg and i dont hate him for minzys choice, bcz i dont doubt he had plans for minzy but the media wouldnt let 2ne1 and boms scandal go. Many investors had retracted their shares from Yg and Yg took a big hit. Investing in minzy would not have helped them at all + new boy groups were waiting for eons. All the 21 members suffered but had lived a successful solo career EXCPT FOR minzy. all 3 can stand on on their own, its minzy who was lagging behind. She couldnt keep waiting around for ppl to love 2ne1 again and share some love to her too. TBH, minzy and her friend and musicworks mediaplay made her departure more shady and dishonest which hurt BJs. So i get it, i was hurt too it was really unnecessary. YG never blamed minzy for leaving, they just realized she wanted to walk her own path after 7 yrs. So whatever minzy does now, for sure wont have the support of all BJs but at least shes trying and she still has a chance at reviving her career.

The best vocal of 2ne1 and she hadn't any solo activity in her 7 years of career. While she paid the price for Bom's mistake, CL was trying her 6985 debut in USA and Dara doing well in Philippines. Minzy deserved more recognition and her new company gave it to her.

"Best" can be biased sometimes but talent isn't something relative, you know? If you search you'll find that Minzy was the best vocal (stability, vocal range and stuff) in 2ne1. So why did you call her snake?
